What if you didn’t have to feel stuck?
You’ve put in the work. Built the career. Climbed the ladder. Created a life that, on paper, looks like success. So why does it feel like something’s missing?
You’re not the only one wondering ‘Is this it?!”
Many of my clients are professionals who are feeling stuck in a career or life that no longer excites them, overthinking every decision and second-guessing themself, feeling drained and watching others make bold moves while they feel stuck in place.
But all they want is
-
Clarity on what’s next and a plan to move forward.
-
Confidence to take action without fear holding them back.
-
Space to focus on themself and discover what truly matters to them.
-
Momentum to create real change in their life.
And the support from a life coach who speaks corporate, knows the questions to ask, who speaks their language, understands the responsibilities and pressures they’re under and gets the dynamic that they’re trying to navigate through.
I help people get
unstuck.
Making a big life or career move can be overwhelming, uncertain, and filled with fear.
I know this because I’ve done it myself - more than once.
For 25 years, I worked in market research and corporate strategy, spending the last 15 years as managing director and joint business owner of a future planning agency.
Now, as a professional life coach in Auckland, I help professionals all over the world navigate change with Wonder Life Coaching.

I experienced my own life transition when my youngest son started school (yes, I'm also a mother of two boys, both in their teen years now).
The way I had been working and living no longer aligned with my sense of purpose. This was partly due to the changes that were hitting the research industry but also partly due to the bandwidth I had available to me at the stage of life I was at.
I started working with a life coach - initially just to help me cope with the constant juggling of work, business, and parenting. But what I uncovered was much bigger.
For the first time, the coaching process allowed me the space to ask myself: “What do I actually want for my life?”
That question changed everything.

After years of working in strategy and qualitative research for some of the biggest corporations in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, I realised something: the same tools I used to help businesses gain clarity, direction, and momentum could be just as powerful when applied to individual lives.
I was trained to help companies identify what matters, uncover hidden patterns, and make confident, strategic decisions. Now, I do that with people.
Life coaching became the perfect way to channel that skillset.
I merged everything I knew - deep listening, behavioural insight, strategic thinking - and started using it to help individuals create clarity and direction in their own lives.
It’s the same work I used to do for corporates, but now I apply it to real people facing real-life turning points. The results? The same clarity, energy, and enthusiasm—just in a far more meaningful context.

I trained to be a Wayfinder Life Coach with Dr Martha Beck in 2019/2020 and became certified early in 2021 (incidentally while every human on the planet was undergoing massive change caused by the Covid 19 pandemic). I couldn't have picked a better time to study the science of human behaviour, change and how to live full and thriving lives.
I chose to retrain with Dr Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training because the frameworks, tools and processes she teaches are grounded in social sciences (she has a PhD in Sociology from Harvard University).
The methods I use for coaching are vitally important to me and how I coach.

Now, as the founder of Wonder Life Coaching, I take everything I’ve learned - from the corporate world, my own life transitions, and professional coaching - to change the game for individuals, not just businesses.

What it looks like to work with Wonder Life Coaching
I’m not here to give you vague, feel-good advice that doesn’t fit your world.
I support people in finding fresh perspectives and new possibilities.
I get the realities of your career, your responsibilities, and the pressure to “have it all figured out.”
That’s why my approach is different:
-
Strategic and practical: No fluff - just real conversations, tools, and frameworks that actually work in your life.
-
Safe and supportive: A space where you can think out loud, explore possibilities, and be honest about what you want.
