Resolve & Thrive is a coaching package involving 8 x 1 hour coaching sessions held privately with me online or on the phone over 3 month period. You may be facing a particular challenge that is hindering your ability to thrive, whether it’s navigating a major life transition or struggling with a tricky situation in your personal or professional life. Perhaps you're adjusting to a new job, stepping into a leadership role, or managing the complexities of a big life change, like moving to a new home or facing the empty nest. You could be dealing with a difficult dynamic in a relationship—at work, in your personal life, or even within yourself—that is creating ongoing tension or confusion. Or maybe you're simply feeling stuck, unsure how to move past something that has been bothering you for a while. Whatever the challenge, it’s understandable to feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or even isolated when faced with a situation that seem too complex to resolve on your own. The good news is that you don’t have to navigate these issues alone. Seeking support during these times is not only helpful but often essential to gain clarity, build strength and ultimately the confidence to find and implement strategies to deal with your issue. Work together with me for the next 3 months to help find clarity in how to navigate your challenge successfully with renewed confidence and purpose. I find most people need an initial period of weekly coaching to understand the crux of the issue they’re facing and to gain the clarity they are seeking in order to address it and start thriving again. Once they begin to implement the new tools and approaches focused on dealing with their concern, and change begins to occur, they tend to require coaching less frequently but in a more targeted way; tweaking and adapting the tools and strategies as they deal with the issue head on and really start to thrive. Investment Resolve and Thrive can be paid for in monthly installments of $480 per month for 3 months or a one-off payment of $1440.
